When will you be reopening? 
As of right now we do not have a set date for reopening the shop. You can sign up for our newsletter here and be notified when we reopen:




Where is my order? 
All orders placed prior to 8PM on Monday, April 30th are subject to regular production time. You will receive an email notifying you of shipment that will include a tracking number.

How can we keep up with Jessica? 
The best way to keep up with Jessica is to follow her on Instagram at @jessicandesigns or @frankandpine!

How can I get a ring resized or what if I have a problem with a product I received? 
Please email our customer service coordinator at skye@jessicandesigns.com to handle this for you! She will need your original order number for reference.
